By accessing and using our IELTS mock test platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Your use of our platform including the speaking and writing test modules, indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

Our platform provides AI-powered IELTS mock tests for speaking and writing modules. The service includes:

  • Curated speaking tests across multiple topics
  • AI examiner interactions for speaking practice
  • Detailed feedback and assessment reports
  • Writing test evaluation services
  • Vocabulary resources and learning materials

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Gems System

Our platform uses a "gems" system for accessing tests:

  • Speaking tests cost 100 gems per attempt
  • Writing tests cost 50 gems per attempt
  • Gems are purchased through available packages ($5/500 gems, $10/?, $20/?)
  • All gem purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Gems do not expire and remain in your account until used

5. AI Examiner Service

Our speaking tests utilize AI examiners that simulate IELTS exam conditions. You understand and agree that:

  • The AI examiner is a simulation and not an actual human examiner
  • Score estimates are generated by algorithms and may not reflect official IELTS scores
  • We continuously work to improve our AI models but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy

6. User Content

By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and analyze your test responses (audio recordings and written texts) solely for the purpose of providing feedback and improving our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

All test questions, sample answers, vocabulary lists, and educational content are the intellectual property of our platform or our content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided for practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in any particular IELTS score. We are not responsible for technical issues that may interrupt your test experience, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
